The sand-floored restaurant prioritises chef-guest interaction, and it's over-water extension provides a scenic view of the Indian Ocean. A wine cellar features over 12,000 bottles from various countries, with an exclusive wine list of 125 references in the all-inclusive package and over 300 labels in the chargeable wine list.

ALIZÉE Restaurant is a beachside a la carte "Beach Grill" with 40 covers, open for Dinner featuring a la carte or special menus. Situated just metres from the sea on white sandy beaches, the grill exudes a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The menu boasts a selection of Wagyu beef, yellowfin tuna, and caviar. Local fish and seafood are grilled to perfection on the charcoal grill.
